The Kilimanjaro Challenge

16 October 2013 Plan supporters on the climb up Kilimanjaro in 2012

Impact four schools for an entire year by climbing the largest standing mountain in the world!

When you take part in this year’s Kilimanjaro Challenge, you'll be keeping children in school.

In developing countries such as Cambodia and South Sudan, many people who live in poverty do not have enough money to buy or grow enough food. Children face the most dangerous threat as their bodies aren't strong enough to cope with missing out on food for prolonged periods.

Plan, with the support of the UN World Food Programme (WFP) is coordinating schools feeding programs across South Sudan and Cambodia in over 600 schools, ensuring thousands of children are adequately fed – and educated.

By joining the Kilimanjaro Challenge, you will raise funds to support this school feeding program and keeping children in four schools fed for an entire year.
